Chennai Trip - Day 3

On day 3, my didi had great plans for me. We were going on the pleasure trip “Chennai Darshan”. We have already booked online tickets for Chennai trip on hand. The whole trip was called “HOP-ON HOP-OFF TOUR” which was organized by Tamilnadu Tourism. We caught the tourist bus from Tamilnadu Tourist Complex near triplicane. The whole schedule for the trip was like that, we were to visit Marundeeswarar Temple, VGP ( an amusement park), MGM (an amusement park), Dakshinchitra, Crocodile Bank, Sea Lion Show, Muttukadu Boat House and finally Beach Resort Complex mamallapuram.

We first visited Marundeeswarar Temple. The temple was very beautiful. South India is known for good sculptural temples. South Indian temples have different look, different design which touches the eternal soul of our mind. Then we have decided to go for mamallapuram. The beach at mamallapuram is breath taking. It was pure blue. I thought that I have come to Bahamas where the shooting of movie BLUE was done. We wanted to be there only for some time but the burning hot weather forced us to vacate the place as soon as possible.

Next we visited dolphin city to watch the sea lion show. The show was of 15 minutes. We have seen an American seal there whose performance amused us a lot. From there we moved our self to muttukadu boat house. Hmm but we did not have the patience to go for boating there because we feared to loose our body’s electrolytic balance. The obvious reason was burning hot weather. To recharge our body we rested there for a moment and moved our self to Lake Side restaurant. We collected our ordered Chicken Biryani and Coke bottles. We enjoyed our meals there.

After that we visited VGP “Universal Kingdom Amusement park” which was our next destination. VGP is a popular retreat that offers exciting ranges of amusement rides for everyone in the family. It is a heaven like place for the young ones like us. We have gone for many rides there like London bull. One of my great experiences at VGP was a ride called “TWISTER”. I tell you that ride was awesome. Actually it was a 4D Theater which has all length, breath and depth as well as effect dimensions in it. In that ride we have shown a small movie related to spaceship. Finally we returned to home at 8:30 PM that day. Time for packing my bags because the very next day I had to catch my return train from Chennai to Gaya.

Next morning I caught my train for Gaya from Chennai Egmore which was at 7:30 AM. After boarding the train I felt somewhat relaxed because I heard some people talking in Hindi. On my whole trip to Chennai I was dying to hear Hindi and finally on my return journey I heard that. My return journey was fine but it took almost 41 hours for me to reach Gaya. The train was late by 3.5 hours that was really disgusting.

Okay friends that was the whole story of my Chennai trip.

Catch you later.

Chennai Trip - Day 2

Hii friends,

On Day 2 we had decided to visit the largest mall of Chennai that is “EXPRESS AVENUE”. Evening is the only time in which you can roam in chennai, because of its hot climate . At 4’O clock in the evening we reached the mall EXPRESS AVENUE. When I entered the mall I could think of only few words that was HUGE, ENORMOUS, MAGNIFICENT etc. It was Sunday and there was a lot of traffic on roads of Chennai. I was very much surprised to see that mall was crowded. I thought for some time that the whole Chennai people have accumulated to that place to celebrate some grand event. I thought as if every corner and every inch of the mall building was pleading me “trahiii maam , trahiii maam” ( in English:” please forgive me!!! Please forgive me”). We were surprised to see the pathetic plight of the mall building. The crowd can be compared with the crowd at “KUMBH MELA” of Allahabad.

Anyways, the mall was huge. You could have got every thing of your need over there. Just name it- pantaloons, Peter England, Black cherry, Levi’s, Allen solly, Allen cooper, Spykar, Lee solly, Louis London, Habib everything. We had a gr8 time over there. It would take almost a whole day to see every corner of the mall. Though Chennai is a metropolitan city but it comes to halt after 10’ O clock. After that we caught the returning bus at 9:30 PM. That’s the second day at Chennai.

Chennai Trip - Day 1

Mastii Time @ Marina Beach

Hii again

My first day at chennai has started quite late because I woke up at 9' O clock in the morning. My didi had plans to visit many places of chennai but our whole plans got shattered. The very obvious reason for this was the very very hot climate of chennai. It was so hot out there at chennai that we have canceled our morning plans. After that we have decided to visit marina beach and a beautiful mall "CITY CENTER" of chennai. At 3:40 PM we caught the bus No: 27L from mogapair to Marina Beach. The transport system of chennai is mind blowing especially the bus service. You can get all kinds of buses including semi deluxe, deluxe and A/C buses suiting your pocket, connecting many places of chennai. It took almost 1.5 hours to reach at marina beach. The beauty of the beach was gr8. I love sea beaches. They are really gr8 place for meditation for me. I have visited many beaches like Puri beach, Konark beach, RK beach and Rishikonda Beach of Vizag but the view of marina beach was very different. At marina beach , I found that beach was enormously crowded and it was some what dirty. We have enjoyed a lot at beach. We have taken a lot of snaps over there. The beach experience was really gr8 for us.

After completing the beach show, we visited "CITY CENTER" mall which is just at a walking distance from there. The exterior design of the mall was marvelous. We have done shopping over there. The main point of interest for me there was the “FOOD COURT”. It contain the outlets for all the major food brands like PIZZA HUT, KFC, CafĂ© Coffee Day, Mc Dy, Arabian Treats etc. We have enjoyed our ordered French Fries and Double Cheese Pizza. It was gr8. At 9:30 pm we caught the bus back to our home. That’s the end of my first day at Chennai.

Trip To Chennai.

hiii friends recently I have visited Chennai, capital city of Tamil Nadu. Its a gr8 place but I have a lot of problems over there specially the language problem. The tamil language is far more difficult to get through specially for we north indian people. Though people speak hindi there but its very rare. when I got down from my train some porters sarted to pull my luggage forcefully and when I told them that I don't want one to carry my things. they started makeing disgusting faces and speaking some fluent things which was I thought tamil language. I thing they were definitely cursing me for my negative reply. Neways as I got out of the station, apparently whole auto rickshaw drivers rushed towards me and asked me where????? annaa????

As my elder sister used to live there, in the mean time she appeared like an angel and brought me to her place. yahhh chennai is a nice city and I have to stay here for some days from now. I 'll be telling about my days next time.....till den

What a Love Story!!!!!!!!! just go through it once.

A boy and a girl were in love.

When the girl's father came to know
about their love, he did not like it at
all, and so began to protest about it.

Now it happened that the two lovers
decided to leave their homes for a happy
future.

The girl's father started searching for
the two lovers but could not find
them .

At last, he accepted their love and
asked them to come back home thru a

local newspaper. Her father said "If
you both come back I will allow you to marry the
guy you love, I accept that you loved
each other truly."

So in this way, their love won and they
returned home.

The couple next day went to town to shop
for the wedding dress. He was dressed
in a white shirt that day. While he was
crossing the road to the other side to
get some drinks for his wife, a car
came and hit him and he died on the spot.

The girl was devastated and lost her
senses. It was only after sometime that
she recovered from her shock.

The funeral and cremation was the very
next day because he had died horribly.

Two nights later, the girl's mother had
a dream in which she saw an old lady.
The old lady asked her mother to wash the blood
stains of the guy from her daughter's
dress as soon as possible. But her
mother ignored the dream.

The next night her father had the same
dream , he also ignored it. Then the
girl had the same dream the next night, she
woke up in fear and told her mother
about the dream. Her mother asked her
to wash the clothes with the blood
stains

immediately.

She washed the stains but some remained.
Next night she again had the same
dream. She again washed the stains but some
still remained. But again the next
night she had the same dream and this
time the old lady gave her a last
warning to wash the blood stain, or
else something terrible would happen.

This time the girl tried her best to
wash the stains, and the clothes
nearly tore, but some stains still remained.

She was very tired.

In the late evening the same day while
she was alone at home, someone knocked
on the door. When she opened the door
she saw the same old lady of her dream
standing at her door. She got very
scared and fainted.

The old lady woke her up... and gave her
a blue object, which shocked the girl.

She asked "What is this...?" The old
lady replied...
